MOTIVATIONAL COUPLE COACHING™
This education is licensed under Society of Motivational Couple Coaching™ and as such following the guidelines and requirements of SMCC.
The society operates under a core philosophy that no theory is better than another and uses a mix of different theoretical backgrounds, offering a superstructure for all existing educations and certifications. The respect for different approaches is reciprocal and justifies the approaches recommended during the education.
In order to qualify for this education, you need to have a certification or license as a coach, psychologist, therapist or equivalent background.
As one of the theoretical foundations is the science of the intrinsic motives it is imperative that you maintain a license with a profiling tool to sustain this part. Society of Motivational Couple Coaching™ recommends the LUXXprofile as our preferred tool.
The Society is based on a set of presuppositions, that we adhere to:
- The Client outcome is more important than the process
- No one approach can achieve all – but all can be achieved by using multiple approaches
- It is not the time you spend with the client that produces results, but rather the quality of what you do
- Learning is the essence of coaching and working with clients, even more so by the coach
- If you think you know it all, you know absolutely nothing
- We do not prescribe the medicine before we know the disease
Vesna Jarc is Psychotherapist and Sexual Therapist and she has finished her studies at the Faculty of Education; direction special Pedagogy for children with mental disabilities and studies at the University of Sigmund Freud in Vienna; direction psychotherapy. She has made various specializations from: Systemic Family Therapy, Transactional Analysis, NLP, Mediation, EMDR, Sexual Therapy and Sports Mental Coaching and Integrative Coaching, Business Coaching in Italy and Brazil under the auspices of the German Meta Forum
Today she is combining all those knowledges and working mainly as a sexual therapist with couples and individuals.
She is the founder of the project Sexovnik (Sandbox=Sexbox). In recent years, she has been focusing on and working primarily on sexual therapies and educating people through seminars, columnists and TV shows, because she has seen great frustration through her psychotherapeutic work as a result of ignorance and lack of understanding in this field. Every day, when dealing with clients she can see how they face their fears, prejudices, feelings of guilt, sin, disgust and contempt in this area. Instead that sexuality will give them the energy that has created us, feelings of joy, pleasure, satisfaction, freedom, abilities of giving up and devotion, it frustrates them and affects all other areas of their lives.
Her main goal is to help people who are facing problems of a sexual nature and help them get rid of the weights of prejudice and uncertainty about sexuality, to dare to ask and not to condemn others if they ask or seek support. Above all, regardless of years and circumstances, they continue to explore and play.
Anders Piper is a Master of Psychology and Personal Change, combining methods from many different disciplines in his quest to help his client getting better results in their life. He has specializations in Human Factors, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and profiling. Through his client work he has obtained great knowledge on the power of linguistics in the process of change.
Today he is combining the knowledges from many different fields and applications in his intentional work with his clients, whether couples or individuals.
He is the founder of coaching schools in Business and Sports and now in Couple Coaching. For many years he has been training coaches in advanced techniques they can add to their repertoire, making them even more exquisite. He works from a very systematic approach and is a great teacher focusing on making complex things simple and from there he makes the simple things complex for the skilled, who wants to go to next level, no matter their previous training and education.
Inspired by a more direct and provocative approach he is not afraid of challenging his clients and help them find their way to the solution best for them. He is very solution focused, not telling the clients the solution, but rather being true to his background, helping the clients discover their own solutions.
Although a background in business and elite sports, he has found that from a methodology perspective, helping clients has multiple common factors, so he is able to create coaches at all levels, who can achieve bigger and better long-lasting results. His keen interest in sexuality and the drivers behind different addictions and behaviors, makes him a wonderfully down-to-earth supplement to theoretical perspectives.
