The education will start with focusing on the science of intrinsic motives, one of the most important aspects of relationships. Not only will you learn about the theory, but you will also end up with a certification as a LUXXprofile Master, allowing you to work with this groundbreaking coaching tool afterwards. For people already certified, the first classroom module is not required!
Next step will be advanced coaching techniques and linguistic skills, allowing you to understand more about the thinking of your clients and how to use language actively in your coaching sessions. As part of this you will be thoroughly trained in Generative Questioning™ providing you skills to go even deeper, faster.
After the coaching skills, we will add skills on sex and how to coach couples and individuals on sexual matters. Understanding that as much as 90% of relationships suffers from bad sex, this is an important part of coaching relationships and we will prepare you to talk openly and freely about sex.
Finally we will integrate all the skills in exercises and roleplays allowing you the opportunity to get feedback from observers, making you ready for the final exam and certification as a Licensed Motivation Couple Coach, so that you can begin your career as a successful couples coach.
Important to understand is that this education will not only prepare you to work with couples, but also individuals and their clarity on role in a relationship, just as we will share with you, how to create coaching groups for couples, offering inspirational evenings and weekends as add-on business.
